At Suit Culture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sharp new look, so we offer a seamless return process for all unworn garments within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the suit is returned in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Suit

  Carefully fold the garment and place it back into its original protective garment bag and shipping box to prevent creasing during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
